It's strange that sometimes I feel like oxygen is the only thing holding me back from accomplishing things, and other times I feel like it's the only thing keeping me alive.
I made a terrarium! It's so cool to have a little slice of life sitting on your bedside table. I used an old pickle jar for the container, and picked some moss and tiny plants for inside. Everything has already begun growing and taking root, I'm so excited to see what else will happen in my enclosed little world.
Recently I purchased a macro lens for my camera. I soon became absolutely fascinated by how things look up close.
Everything has so many important parts to it that the human eye cannot see. Kind of like how each human is so tiny when compared to the rest of the universe.
I made this necklace hanger out of a stick I found. I peeled, trimed, sanded, painted and then attached little hooks to the stick.
I'm super happy with the final result. I've had a plan to make this for a while now, and I love seeing a plan on paper actually come to life.

I found a crayfish claw while snorkeling at my cottage.
It was the perfect size to use for some jewelry, so I made it a pendant on a necklace.
I had this boring old wood table sitting in my room, it didn't match anything but I kept it because it's so sturdy and has been in the family for a while. So I sanded and painted so that it would fit with my room a bit more. I also left a little touch of the old by making a stencil out of painters tape and painting over it leaving the design in wood grain. I think it looks much nicer than anything I could have bought, I'm so happy with the final result!

Today I wrote letters to my far awar friends.
In hand painted envelops of course!
